Pre-Orders

Anna Kayte's Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item on its own, it will ship as soon as the stock arrives at our shop. If your order contains a mix of both pre-order and in-stock items, please note that we ship orders in full; this means the entire package will be held until the pre-ordered item is ready so that everything in your order arrives together.

If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for the items currently available and another for the pre-order item(s). If you have already placed a combined order and decide you don’t want to wait, just reach out to us at akboutiqueteam@gmail.com. We can send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost, and once paid, we will split the shipment—sending your in-stock items now and the pre-ordered items as soon as they are received at our shop!
