Thank you so much for shopping with us! We truly appreciate you and your business! We love all of our items but sometimes fit or size may not work for everyone. If you don't love your items, you can return your purchase for store credit within 21 days of its shipment date. After we receive and process your return, you will receive an email with your electronic gift card. Your credit does not expire or incur fees.

All returned items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached and in original condition free of any unpleasant smells and/or animal hair. Please include your packing slip with your return. Anna Kayte's Boutique must receive the items within 21 days of the shipping date of purchase. This deadline will be printed on your packing slip. Any items past the deadline and not meeting the return requirements may be subject to refusal. Any item with a greater than 20% discount is final sale, no exceptions. ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. This includes, but is not limited to: scarves, hats, gloves, socks, bralettes, bodysuits, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses, backpacks, wallets and items from our health and beauty category. If your return meets the requirements we will be happy to issue store credit once the items have been received. 

Please ship your return to Anna Kayte's Boutique, 931 Main Street/PO BOX 103, Grinnell IA 50112.  Please allow for 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Oftentimes emails with store credit will go to your spam folder - please be sure to check there if you have not received your store credit. Anna Kayte's is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
