We love all our items that we send to you but sometimes fit or size may not work for everyone. If you are not in love with the pieces you purchased you can return them for store credit on the app or online. Not sure which one you used? No worries, whichever platform you used to purchase your item is the way your credit will be issued back to you! Online purchases will receive a promo code via email, while those who used the app will see the credit applied to their account and will show up on the checkout screen. Credit does NOT expire or incur fees.
All items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in original condition free of any unpleasant smells and animal hair. Please include your packing slip with your return. Anna Kayte's Boutique must receive the items within 14 days of the shipping date of purchase. This deadline will be printed on your packing slip. Any items past the deadline and not meeting the return requirements may be subject to refusal.
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Including but not limited to: scarves, hats, gloves, socks, bralettes, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses, backpacks, wallets, cups, koozies, planners, headbands, candles.

Most orders will ship out the same business day if they are placed before 3:30 CST M-F. If an order is placed after 3:30 and/or on a weekend day, the order will go out on the next available shipping day. Shipping in the Continental US is $6 flat rate, and FREE shipping on orders over $100. When shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated once the order is processed, and you will be sent a separate invoice for the additional shipping charges. All packages will ship through USPS and will ship first class or priority mail.
