RETURNS AND SHIPPING INFO
We love all our items that we send to you but sometimes fit or size may not work for everyone. If you are not in love with the pieces you purchased you can return them for a refund, store credit or exchange. Please note on your packing slip which return method you prefer. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns requesting a refund back to the original form of payment.
All items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in original condition. Please include your packing slip with your return. Anna Kayte's Boutique must receive the items within 14 days of the shipping date of purchase. This deadline will be printed on your packing slip.
Any items past the deadline and not meeting the return requirements may be subject to refusal.
ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Including but not limited to: scarves, hats, gloves, socks, bralettes, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses, wallets.
If your return meets the requirements we will be happy to issue the store credit, exchange or refund (10% less the total) once the items have been received. Please ship them to or stop in store at

Please allow for 2-5 business days for your request to be processed. You will receive an email once your request has been processed.
Anna Kayte's is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged.
All items will ship out the same business day if they are placed before 3:30 CST M-F. If an order is placed after 3:30 and/or on a weekend day, the order will go out on the next available shipping day. We do ship to all states in the continental US! All packages will ship through USPS and will ship first class unless specified.
