We love all our items that we send to you but sometimes fit or size may not work for everyone. If you are not in love with the pieces you purchased you can return them for store credit on the app or online. After we receive and process your eligible return, you will receive your store credit back via email. Credit does NOT expire or incur fees.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and in original condition free of any unpleasant smells and animal hair. Please include your packing slip with your return. Anna Kayte's Boutique must receive the items within 21 days of the shipping date of purchase. This deadline will be printed on your packing slip. Any items past the deadline and not meeting the return requirements may be subject to refusal.
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Including but not limited to: scarves, hats, gloves, socks, bralettes, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses, backpacks, wallets, cups, koozies, planners, headbands, candles.
